For all custom phone cases, phone stands, and other products, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive the product. The returned or exchanged product must be in brand-new condition, unused, undamaged, and include the original packaging and accessories.

If you are not satisfied with any custom phone case, phone stand, or other products with official style markings, you may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days.

- The product has quality issues, such as material or workmanship defects.
- The product significantly deviates from the order description.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- You are unsatisfied with the product, and it has not been used, the packaging is intact, and the anti-counterfeit label is complete.

- The product was damaged during shipping.
- You wish to exchange the product for another style or color, and the product is unused, the packaging is intact, and the label is complete.

Please note that once personalized custom products are made, they may not be returned or exchanged due to the nature of customization.
However, if there are any quality issues, we will bear the return/exchange costs.
3. Return & Exchange Process
Return Process:
- Please contact us via email or online customer service and provide your order number and an explanation of the issue.
- We may ask you to provide product photos or videos to assess the issue.
- After confirming that the product meets the return or exchange conditions, we will provide detailed return instructions and a return address.
- The original shipping slip must be included in the return package.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after the returned product arrives.
- You will need to cover the return shipping costs unless the product has quality issues.
- Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.
Exchange Process:

If your product needs to be returned due to quality issues, you will receive a full refund, including the return shipping fee.

If you request a return for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong choice, etc.), you will need to cover the return shipping costs, and the refund will be deducted by the original shipping fee (if applicable).
Refund Time:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions.
The refund will be made to the original payment method.
5. Important Notes
1. When returning or exchanging, please make sure to use the original packaging or packaging of equivalent quality to ensure the product is not damaged during transit.
2. Personalized custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are quality issues.
3. The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been used or damaged.
- Products with incomplete packaging or labels.
- Requests for return or exchange made after the return or exchange period (i.e., more than 30 days after you receive the product).
4. If the product is damaged or lost during shipping, we will coordinate with the logistics company to find a solution.
